A career opportunity is available at RTG Technical Services, located in Rustenburg, for a qualified Trailer Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily servicing of trailers in line with OEM specifications and attend to repairs as necessary.
• Respond promptly to trailer breakdowns when required.
• Inspect trailers before and after servicing, and conduct daily quality checks (15-minute checks).
• Accurately complete job cards with all required details as per job instructions.
• Ensure the trailer section maintains a high standard of serviceability through quality work and preventative maintenance, adhering to the 150 standard.
• Prioritize operational requests efficiently, identify technical issues, and collaborate with the workshop manager to implement solutions.

Work Location:

• Chrome Carriers, Rustenburg

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Welding experience is a must.
• Valid driver's license (applications without a driver's license will not be considered).
• Own reliable vehicle for commuting to and from work.
• Reside in the Rustenburg area (or willing to relocate at your own cost).
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
