Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Matric (Grade 12) certificate is required. Candidates with additional qualifications in logistics, fleet management, or a related field will have an advantage.
- Experience: Previous administration experience in a similar environment is essential. Experience within the logistics or transport industry will be highly beneficial.
- Technical Skills:

Key Responsibilities
As a Fleet Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the fleet and driver activities. Your duties will include:
1. Administrative Excellence
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks to support fleet operations.

- Manage and organise key operational documents related to driver activities and fleet performance.

- Provide clear instructions and guidance to drivers to maintain high performance and productivity.
4. Customer Interaction and Problem-Solving
- Address customer problems promptly, ensuring that all concerns are resolved effectively.
- Communicate factory problems to customers and work collaboratively to find solutions.
- Identify opportunities for additional orders, contributing to business growth.
5. Proactive Fleet Management
- Stay ahead of potential issues by taking a proactive approach to fleet management.
