To qualify, applicants must hold a valid Code 14 (EC) driver’s licence. The licence must be at least two years old, but those with a one-year-old Code 14 licence may still apply if they previously held a Code 10 licence for three years. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of two years of truck driving experience, verifiable through contactable references.
A valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) with at least three months before expiration is essential.
Applicants must be between 25 and 65 years of age and possess original identification documents, including a South African ID and driver’s licence. While not mandatory, a passport is also encouraged.
